In the Shop Ep 4

Teardrop Trailer Update & Sprinter Van Conversion & More | In the Shop Ep 4

Exterior Repair

Our first job this time is an exterior repair. If you get into an accident that damages your coach, it’s helpful for the team to have any pieces that may have fallen off. If you can safely grab them, bring them with you because they might come in handy.

Leisure Coachworks is a direct repair shop for National General Insurance. If that’s the insurance you have, you can come in and we’ll take care of the rest. We also work with all other insurance companies.

Sprinter Van Conversion

The roof is back up, the power vent is in, and the booths are finished in this day trip van conversion. The van has running boards on both the passenger and driver’s sides that were a late addition to this job.

This one is just about ready to hit the road.

Class C Motorhome Remodel

This job is updating a Class C motorhome. Before the team gets going with its plans to update the interior of this cabin, the vehicle is going to have a complete inspection.

This basic inspection ensures that the motorhome is safe and reliable before it gets any upgrades. Tanks, refrigerators, air conditioners, and more are inspected.

Any necessary repairs can be done before the upgrades begin.

The team plans to begin upgrades by replacing the old TVs with new flat-screen models at the front of the cabin and in the bedroom. That can start after they know the overall condition of the vehicle.

It’s best to take care of any necessary system or engine repairs before starting upgrades or remodels. That way you know your RV is safe to use and you can start taking the trips you want. The upgrades are fun, and you can do them first if you like, but it’s more fun to get out on the road and upgrade later.
