  2006 Itasca Ellipse with basement air. Stopped blowing cold all of a sudden. These guys are lifesavers!!!!!!! I'm still here waiting on parts but the hospitality, communication and helpfulness is stellar!!!! As a full timer and with heat here in CA above 90 degrees, they squeezed me in quickly to diagnose.   Outstanding!  Solar Panels and Lithium Batteries installed to spec.  LC does what they say and honor their deals with the customer.  They delivered my trailer back yo me clean and complete on time and gave me back the used parts in record time.   We are camping at the Autoclub Speedway for  NASCAR, and we made a phone call to them for Mobil service. They came and inspected our converter, and unfortunately it was bad, and there was nothing they could do at the moment. But while they were here, they also checked the windshield on our RV that was leaking, and they did a temporary fix to seal it, in hopes the rain will ease up and they will come back and properly seal it it.
John was a super helpful guy, and Lorenzo their Mobil tech was nice and helped in whatever way he could.

Even though Fontana is 500 plus miles one way from our home in AZ, Leisure Coachworks is our preferred RV service provider. I visit LCW on an annual basis. During the year, I make a list of the items on our coach that need attention. I make an appointment for a few days while enroute on our winter snowbird adventure. We stay in the coach at LCW in the evenings and spend the days either in their lounge or visiting something in the local area. This year, they fixed a roof leak. The next day, they provided the perfect weather to test the repair, a regional storm with all-day rain and high winds. No leaks! Success! We stayed at LCW for an additional day after repairs were done because the weather was too dangerous to hit the road. Thank you John and staff for your excellent work and support to the ALFA community.

I wish we would have known about your company before we took it to a different repair shop. We cancelled our repair midway through with the other company and brought our RV to Leisure Coachworks after speaking with Vince. We brought it in for diagnostics to see what needed to be done to complete repairs. By the time we talked to Vince, we had all the confidence we needed to finish repairing our RV. So glad we did.

Vince and Juan did a very good job of keeping me informed of work progress. Among my list of repairs was repairing the dash a/c system. At first it appeared to be a leaking fitting at the compressor. Turned out that I needed several new fittings, receiver/dryer, pressure relief valve, new compressor and new condenser cooling fan. Unfortunately it was not possible to diagnose all these problems until each one was completed and then the next problem made itself known. Your service team did a wonderful job finding and fixing all the concerns I had with the coach.

Vince was excellent to work with. We had a problem with our basement compartment and he was able to work us in for the repair. The techs did a good job and the work was completed on schedule and exactly as estimated. I only wish the distance between my home (Ohio) and LCW was shorter, so that I could get all of my work done here, not only every few years

Vince was great to work with. Our job was completed one month AHEAD of promised date - that never happens. He provided pictures when asked in advance to us coming to the shop for pick-up. We were very pleased with the work done. And while it was distressing to get ready to take the coach only to find the steps wouldn't extend due to the battery being drained, Vince immediately responded when called and enlisted the assistance of Francisco to troubleshoot and get the batteries charged and all systems operating normally. Vince went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction - even perfectly reloading one of the basement storage compartments that had to be emptied to access one of the systems.

We have nothing but good things to say about Leisure Coachworks. We went in to have certain problems fixed and they found a problem with a sagging floor. We weren't scheduled for them to do that extra work but they made it work. Knowing that we are full timers they did everything possible to get things done. And they did. Wish they were closer to our home base in Oregon but worth the drive to deal with such great people. We really don't want to go anywhere else. Leisure Coachworks is the best.

I really appreciate Samantha (and your other folks) replacing the big slide motor on my Alfa on Dec 21 - it had apparently broken a gear inside the motor when I put the slide out in Escondido (shades of late 2008 when you sent someone down to the same park to fix the slide and I first met the Alfateers!), and she was able to squeeze me in to fix it on the same day and get me on my way home just before the holidays! Another example of LCW taking care of its customers!!

The key to any good company is resolving any issues that may arise and they did that to our great satisfaction. Our RV is 20 yrs old,, you wouldn't know it.. We found them because we couldn't fine anyone who could make our front passenger seat swivel.. We found Leisure Coachworks. It was a pleasure doing business with your organization. We have a bus conversion and there are not a lot of RV related businesses that want to look at let alone make repairs or rebuilds of a bus conversion. We have received excellent service from your company from day 1 when Jon Goldstein drove up to our home in Cajon Pass to look at needed plumbing repairs on our bus conversion and sending us a quote for repairs. Vince our service manager was in contact with us constantly on all issues that popped up along the way. We must have submitted atleast 4 order changes while it in for repairs. You display room got us interested in upgrading 10 interior lights in our coach. We will probably be buying more in the future.

Vince is a really nice guy and he was very helpful. He made sure almost everything got done that we asked. Only the carpet didn't get cleaned because we ran out of time. Vince did a great job making sure we got our motorhome back in the 5 days since my husband had to be at work. We were very please that it was finished way before the original date that Vince gave us when we dropped off our motorhome. Thank you to Vince and all of the people who worked on our motorhome To help get it finished on time. The air conditioners work great and so do the slide outs.

We were staying at Glen Helen when the propane alarm went off. I saw your ad in the campground flyer. I was very pleased with the response I got from Service Manager, Juan. Not what I have come to expect from RV service facilities, which is typically a ""you want it when?!"" Answer. The entire experience was positive.
