Custom RV Exterior Renovation: Before and After.

RV Repair and Remodel on an Alfa Founder Part 3

The Leisure Coachworks team worked long and hard on this custom RV exterior remodel. Now the customers are going to see their newly renovated vehicle for the first time!

This coach remodel was based on a dream 15 years in the making. The customers knew exactly what they wanted and it was up to the team to make it a reality.

This Alfa See Ya! Founder came to the shop in pretty bad shape. Already needing to be reskinned, it was involved in an accident. The coach lost a tire and a whole side was badly damaged.

Instead of just repairing the damage, Jon and the team rebuilt this RV from the ground up. As they inspected the damage, they discovered that other problems needed to be addressed.

The subfloor wasn’t level. So the team evened out and fixed the entire subfloor and propped it back up before starting the new fiberglass exterior. They made sure everything tied together.

The new colors and design fit with every element of the coach.

As in every RV remodel, renovation, or repair, the team’s goal was to make this Alfa motorhome look like it was always meant to look exactly like the finished product. With a picture in hand of the customer’s vision, they created a vehicle that looks brand new.

What the team accomplished with this project shows their dedication to the customer’s vision and the skilled craftsmanship that goes into every Leisure Coachworks job. This coach was white, with a big Alfa brand on the back. Oh, how things have changed.

The RV exterior now has a deep red upper section with custom gold hombre stripes along the sides and on the red front. It has new front headlights and chrome mirrors. The entire front of the coach is coated with a clear film to protect it from road chips.

The team redesigned the front of the RV to eliminate an elaborate swooping pattern. Replaced with clean lines, the front looks updated and modern.

This Alfa See Ya! also has new tires, a gorgeous shiny chrome gas cap replacing the old plastic, and new rear lights. The large branding is gone, replaced by gold stripes that sweep around from the passenger side. Those stripes even match the color of the customer’s tow vehicle!

Along the driver’s side, we see all new doors, moldings, and even a new entry door. The window trim is painted to match the coach colors. There is no black trim to break up the flow of the color lines.

The team also rebuilt the back slide outs. They put new toppers on all of the coach’s sliders.

The passenger side also has all new doors and new water spouts. The striping on this side is bold, setting the coach apart from any others on the road. The paint elements flow flawlessly across components including windows, doors, and even the gas cap.

The team paid close attention to every detail of this custom RV exterior remodel. The result is a striking, cohesive look without a single element that looks out of place. This older model Alfa looks like it just rolled off the line.

This special job created a custom RV that looks brand new. It matches the customer’s vision and every upgrade carefully ties into the overall cohesive look of the motorhome.
